Jennifer Olan has extensive experience representing clients in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and the negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements. Her experience also includes counseling clients with respect to corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and an Associate General Counsel at Sirius XM Radio Inc.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University. Jennifer is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
