Timothy J. Randall, Of Counsel

Timothy J. Randall has an extensive background in commercial real estate and corporate law in both private practice and in-house settings. As private counsel for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and lenders, Tim provides legal advice in all areas of commercial real estate law. As an in-house attorney with an expanding multi-unit franchise restaurant management company, he developed vast experience and relationships in legal and real estate development in a franchisor-franchisee setting. Tim is recognized for his exceptional legal and property management skills and creating, developing and managing highly effective real estate acquisition and development programs.

 

Prior to joining Marks & Klein, Tim served as Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Development Officer for Wisconsin Hospitality Group (WHG), a management company for multiple franchise holdings including Applebee’s and Pizza Hut restaurants. While there, Tim was responsible for the identification, selection and development of real estate for new and relocated restaurant facilities to ensure all aspects of finance, operations, marketing and human resources were implemented fluidly into new and relocated restaurants. Before joining WHG, Tim practiced at among the most highly respected Wisconsin law firms providing counsel for commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, development and construction contracts and commercial real estate closings.

 

Tim graduated with honors from Marquette University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Tim is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin but handles transactions in all U.S. jurisdictions.
